Our Team
Different backgrounds. Different expertise. One shared belief in helping people live better.
Joy Bartley
Joy’s DGC journey actually started as a client, where she quickly fell in love with the people, community and what DGC stood for. Today, she’s our Studio Manager and Yoga Teacher, bringing warmth, energy and genuine care to everything she does and helping make DGC feel like home for our members.
Head Of Operations
Keith Hennessey
Keith is our Head Coach and a qualified Physical Therapist, bringing together his knowledge of training, movement and injury management to help our members get the most from their sessions. A huge GAA man, Keith still pulls on the boots for his local club St Ultan’s and brings that same passion and energy to the DGC floor.
Head Coach
Lisa’s DGC journey also started as a client, so she knows first-hand what makes the community so special. Full of heart, fun and infectious energy, Lisa has a brilliant ability to make people feel comfortable, supported and always leave with a smile on their face.
Client Success CoachLisa Darby
Alisha is one of our incredible coaches, bringing a warm, genuine and motivating approach to every session. Also a qualified Physical Therapist, she combines her knowledge of movement and the body with a naturally caring personality. Coming from a large family, looking after others comes second nature, making members feel supported, encouraged and right at home.
CoachAlisha Browne
Abel’s journey with DGC started as a client, initially coming to us while struggling with ongoing hip issues. Through training, support and consistency, he completely transformed his own health and discovered a real passion for what we do. That journey eventually led him to become a coach, where he now uses his own experience to help others make positive changes in their lives.
